摘  要:目的探讨振动反应成像(vibration response imaging,VRI)技术在社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)诊断中的作用。方法对39例CAP患者(CAP组)和63例健康志愿者(健康对照组)的VRI检查图像进行分析比较。结果 CAP组最大振动能量值1.60±0.34,振动能量曲线不光滑者比例82.05%,患侧肺部定量数值(quantitative lungdata,QLD值)为13.92±7.94,图像评分为6.21±2.03;健康对照组最大振动能量值1.77±0.27,振动能量曲线不光滑者比例7.94%,QLD值为10.61±3.18,图像评分为3.16±1.81。两组间各指标比较差异均有统计学意义。结论 VRI技术在社区获得性肺炎诊断中具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the value of vibration response imaging (VRI) technology in the diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). Methods A total of 39 patients diagnosed as CAP and 63 healthy volunteers received VRI and X ray examina-tion. The difference of VRI between CAP patients and healthy controls was analyzed. Results The maximum vibration energy was 1.60 + 0.34 for CAP patients and 1.77 + 0.27 for contols ( P 〈 0.05 ). The vibration response imaging which was not smooth accounted for 82.05% for CAP patients and 7.94% for contols(P 〈0.001 ). The quantitative lung data and dynamic imaging scores was signifi-cantly higher in CAP patients than that in controls( 13.92 ±7.94 vs 10.61 ± 3.18 ,P 〈 0. 001 ). The dynamic imaging scores was also significantly higher in CAP patients than that in controls(6.21 ± 2.03 vs 3.16 ±1.81 ,P 〈0.001 ) Conclusion VRI is helpful in the diagnosis of CAP.
