摘 要:发电机励磁系统功率单元故障将严重影响发电机的稳定运行,快速准确地发现、排除故障显得非常重要。利用软件MATLAB/Simulink对功率单元故障进行了仿真分析,通过得到的仿真结果得出了三相输入电流波形和峰峰值变化判断故障的诊断方法。据此在虚拟仪器的软件平台Labwindows/CVI上开发了发电机励磁系统功率单元的故障诊断系统。试验结果表明该诊断系统能够准确判断出具体的哪个晶闸管发生故障,给出正确诊断。The fault in the power unit of generator excited system seriously affects the stable operation of the generator. Therefore, it was very important to find out and remove the fault accurately as soon as possible. The faults in the power unit were undergone simulation analysis with MATLAB/Simulink software. According to the result of the simulation analysis, a fault diagnosis method of the three-phase input current waveform and the changing of peek-to- peek value was proposed. On the foundation of the analysis,a fault diagnosis system of generator excitation power unit based on the software platform Labwindows/CVI of virtual instrument was developed. It was proved by experiment that the fault diagnosis system could precisely judge which thirstier goes wrong and get accurate diagnosis result.
