摘  要:针对中原油田各采油厂结垢严重的问题,以纯水为溶剂,以自制高聚物单体/膦基马来酸丙烯共聚物/丙烯酰胺(GD/PCMA/AM)为单体合成了CW系列防垢剂,其最佳反应条件为:单体配比为GD/PCMA/AM=10/6/2,引发剂用量为1.2%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为4h。合成的防垢剂CW-4用量为8mg/L时,对碳酸钙垢的防垢率为92.3%,且与抑盐剂配伍良好。In order to solve the problem of serious scaling at all oil extraction factories in Zhongyuan oilfield, CW series scale inhibitors (GD/PCMA/AM)were synthetised by aqueous polymerization. Optimum reaction conditions were monomer ratio (GD/PCMA/AM) 10:6:2, initiator of 1.2 %, reaction temperature at 80 ℃, and for 4 hours. When quantity of CW-4 scale inhibitor was 8 mg/L, its anti-scale ratio was 92.3 % to calcium carbonate. Moreover, CW-4 scale inhibitor had good cooperation with anti-salt agent.
