摘　　要：介绍了SO3蒸发和冷凝工艺参数的选择、液体SO3成品的储存与运输、发烟硫酸混溶作业,以及环境保护等相关经验。针对液体SO3生产中出现的诸多问题,指出在液体SO3生产中要防止蒸发器产生"过度蒸发",即控制蒸发后发烟硫酸的游离SO3质量分数不低于25%。认为采用"暖房"是解决液体SO3成品储存简易、有效的措施。Some experiences with process parameter selection for SO3 evaporation and condensation, storage and transportation of liquid SO3 , oleum mixing and environmental protection in production of liquid sulphur trioxide are described. The importance of preventing excessive evaporation of SO3 is： emphasized. After evaporation, the mass fraction of free SO3 in oleum should not be less than 25%. Conservatory is considered as a simple and effective measure for safe storage of liquid SO3 product.
