摘　　要：针对高端羊绒制品超轻薄化发展的市场需求,以细度为15.4μm、长度36 mm的山羊绒为原料,通过添加和毛油,提高纤维的润滑性和集束性,大幅度调整工艺参数,制成了低损伤的羊绒条;通过与性能优良的可乐隆长纤维伴纺,以紧隔距、小牵伸、低速度的工艺设计为原则,控制环境温湿度,成功开发了超越纯纺工艺极限的特细山羊绒空气纱线。To meet the high-end market demand of super lightweight cashmere products, cashmere of 15.4μm fineness and 36mm length was chosen as raw material to produce low damage of cashmere slivers by adding cashmere lubricats to improve lubrication and cluster and by optimizing process parameters. By spun blended with the excellent performance of Kuralon fiber and adopting tight spacing, small draft, low speed and controlling the environmental temperature and humidity, extra fine cashmere air yarn is successfully developed.
