摘　　要：研究了亚麻混纺细薄织物开发过程,分析了14.7 tex麻棉混纺纱断头的原因。采取了以下措施:利用煮漂脱胶亚麻二粗的方法提高纤维的分裂度,增加精梳工序使14.7 tex麻棉纱的单纱强力和弹性伸长得到提高,合理选择浆料提高14.7 tex麻棉纱的织造性能,配置了适当的织造上机工艺参数和织造车间的温湿度,使煮漂脱胶亚麻棉混纺精梳细布顺利批量生产。In the development of the blended linen cotton muslin, the masons of yarn breaking in spinning the 14.7 tex blended yarn breaking have been analyzed with the following measures adopted： deguming of linen by scouting and bleaching to increase the fiber split degree, enhancing of the combing process increase, 14.7 tex linen cotton yarn single strand strength and elastic elongation; reasonable choicing of the sizing of the 14.7 tex linen cotton yarn to improve the performance of the yarn weaving performance and resonable setting of weaving process parameters and shop temperature and humidity to smoothly produce the muslin.
