某医院部队官兵肺结核病流行特点分析

摘　　要：目的对住解放军第309医院的部队官兵肺结核病例的流行特点及进行分析,为控制部队结核病疫情提供依据。方法对2009-2010年某医院部队官兵肺结核病例进行分析。结果 2009-2010年门诊及住院治疗结核病例共207例,平均发病年龄32岁,60岁以上占12.57%,男女比11.94∶1。92.75%来自驻京部队,战士占65.70%,干部占23.67%,军队离退休未交地方人员占10.63%。原发性占0.97%,血行播散性占1.93%,继发性占73.91%,结核性胸膜炎占12.56%,继发性合并结核性胸膜炎占10.63%。179例新发肺结核病例痰检率为77.10%,痰菌阳性率为18.12%,痰菌阴转率96.77%。采用6～9月疗程进行化疗,202例完成化疗病例,治愈率98.51%。结论某医院部队官兵肺结核病例以青年男性战士为主,以继发性肺结核为主,肺结核治疗以短程化疗为主,治愈率较高。Objective To investigate epidemic features of serviceman patients with tuberculosis in 309th hospital of PLA, and to provide evidences for the prevention and control in the army. Methods Pulmonary tuberculosis cases from 2008 to 2010 ere analyzed with statistical method. Results Among 207 tuberculosis cases, the average onset age was 32 and the incidence of 60 - year - old group was 12. 57%. The ratio of men to women was 11.94 ： 1. Of all cases, soldiers accounted for 65.70%, cadres 23.67%, and retired cadres 10. 63%. Primary pulmonary tuberculosis accounted for 0. 97%, disseminate pulmonary tuberculosis through blood 1.93%, secondary pulmonary tuberculosis 73.91%, tuberculosis pleurisy 12. 56%, secondary pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with tuberculosis pleurisy 10.63%. Among 179 new cases, sputum examination rate was 77.10%, smear positive rate 18.12% ; sputum conversion rate 96.77%. Cure rate was 98.51% among 202 cases with 6 -9 months chemotherapy. Conclusion Youth male soldiers rank the first among pulmonary tuberculosis cases. Tuberculosis cases in army were mainly secondary pulmonary tuberculosis. Short - course chemo-therapy is effective for pulmonary tuberculosis.
