低聚乳酸的制备及其对家禽的脱毛性能

摘　　要：以D,L-乳酸(2)为原料,丙三醇(1)固定羧基制得低聚乳酸(3),其结构经MS表征。最佳反应条件为:2141.5 mol,n(2):n(1)=30,于(150～160)℃/(0.5～3.0)kPa条件下反应20 h,收率93.0%。首次将3或其复配物4[m(3):m(碳酸钙):m(环氧大豆油)=100:15:3]应用于家禽脱毛,结果表明,3和4的脱毛效果良好。Low poly（lactic acid）（3） in yield of 93.0% was prepared from D,L-lactic acid（2） by new method using glycerol（1） to control the molecular weight and distributon of molecular weight.The structure was confirmed by MS.The optimum reaction conditions at（150～160 ℃/（0.5～3.0） kPa for 20 h were as follows：2 was 141.5 mol,n（2）：n（1） was 30.Depilations performance of 3 and its mixture 4[m（3）：m（CaCO3）：m（epoxidized soybean oil）=100：15：3] on poultry were first investigated.The results showed that 3 and 4 exhibited good depilations performance.
