摘  要:采用不同浓度NaCl水溶液处理北京槲栎和锐齿槲栎2年生幼苗,研究盐胁迫条件下2槲栎的生理变化及K+、Na+分布,评价槲栎2变种耐盐性差异,为栎属植物保护和应用提供科学依据。结果表明:基质盐质量浓度1‰~3‰时两槲栎幼苗具一定耐盐性;随盐质量浓度增加,总叶面积、植株鲜重和干重显著降低,叶片质膜相对透性与盐浓度呈正相关;叶片保护酶SOD活性、渗透调节物质脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量等显著低于北京槲栎。盐胁迫下2槲栎根系吸收的K+多向茎、叶运输,而Na+主要滞留在根系中,北京槲栎能维持相对较稳定K+含量,K+/Na+比下降幅度相对较小。可见北京槲栎耐盐能力明显优于锐齿槲栎,北京槲栎更适应我国北方地区的园林应用和环境建设。In order to provide a scientific basis for the protection and utilization of Quercus plants, differ- ences in salt tolerance of 2 new Quercus varieties were evaluated by examining the physiological response of two-year-old seedlings of Q. aliena var. pehingensis and Q. aliena, var. acuteserrata under the stress of different concentrations of NaCl. The results showed that both varieties had the salt resistance within the concentration range of 1‰~3‰. The total leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight of two varieties fell down significantly, and the relative permeability of plasma membrane in leaves of two varieties changed op- positely. Q. aliena var. acuteserrata varied greater than Q. aliena var. pekingensis. The SOD activity, proline and soluble protein contents of Q. aliena var. acuteserrata were much lower than Q. aliena var. pekingensis. More K+ conveyed to stems and leaves, but more Na+ stayed in root system. Q. aliena var. pekingensis could maintain much higher K+ content, and the K+/Na+ ratio fell much lower. So the salini ty resistance of Q. aliena var. pekingensis is much higher than Q. aliena var. acuteserrata.
