摘  要:总结了我国分布较广的药用真菌猪苓(Polyporus umbellatus)的生态学和生物学特性、菌丝的培养特性和猪苓菌与伴生菌和蜜环菌的相互关系等研究进展,其生长发育过程经过担孢子、菌丝体、菌核和子实体等阶段,伴生菌和碳源是影响猪苓菌核形成的决定性因素。固体培养中,25℃、黑暗和中性偏酸的条件适合菌丝的生长。蜜环菌和猪苓菌为复杂的共生关系。可为猪苓菌的深入研究和人工栽培提供参考。Polyporus umbellatus is one of the precious medical fungi widely occurring in The ecologi cal and biological habits, cultural characters of hyphae, the relationship with its companion fungus Armil- laria mellea were summarized in this paper. The growth and development of P. umbellatus undergo sever- al stages: basidiospores, mycelium, sclerotia and fruiting bodies. Companion fungus and carbon sources are the determinants that affect the sclerotial formation of th ad e growth of mycelium is to culture the hyphae at 25℃ umbellatus. The most suitable condition for neutral to acidic solid medium in the dark. In the relationship with its companion fungus A. mellea is complicated.
