摘　　要：通过硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析等色谱方法,从水杨梅植物全草乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分中分离出5种化合物,其结构经波谱分析和化学分析,鉴定为山奈酚(1)、槲皮素(2)、山奈酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)。其中化合物1～4为首次从该植物中分离得到。By using chromatographic technology, five compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate ex- tract obtained by partitioning the ethanolic extract from the whole plant of Geum aleppicum. The struc- tures of these compounds were elucidated by spectral data and chemical reaction as kaempferol （1）, querce- tin （2）, kaempferol-3-O-glucoside （3）, quercetin-3-O-glucoside （4） and daucosterol （5）. The compounds 1 --4 were isolated from Geurn aleppicurn for the first time.
