摘  要:液固两相流参数实时测量对生产过程控制和可靠运行具有重要意义。针对现有液固体系中检测固相颗粒方法缺陷,研制开发液固两相流声发射检测系统,并进行室内评价试验。该系统利用自行设计的声发射检测仪表采集液固两相流中砂粒的声发射信号,编写专用计算机处理软件,在实验室条件下提取不同砂粒粒度和浓度的声发射信号特征。结果表明,砂粒粒度和浓度均与功率谱幅值有良好的相关性,该系统能有效检测浓度达0.2%以上及粒度100目以上的砂粒。The effect of real-time measurement of liquid-solid two phase flow control and reliable operation is significant. Aiming at the existing defects in solid system, an acoustic emission detection device for liquid-solid flow was developed, conducted. An acoustic emission testing instument was adopted to collect sand signals parameters on production process particle detection of a liquid-solid and its indoor evaluation test was in a liquid-solid flow, a specialized software was composed, the feature of the acoustic emission signals of sand with different sizes and concentrations were extracted under laboratory conditions. The results showed that the sand size and concentration have a good correlation with the power spectrum amplitude of the signal, the device system can effectively detect sand with concentration of more than 0.2%, and size of larger than 100 meshes.
