摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管膀胱再植吻合术中直接插入吻合方法的效果。方法回顾性分析36例患者在手术过程中行输尿管膀胱再植中运用直接插入式吻合方法的临床资料。结果本组所有患者均顺利完成手术，术中输尿管膀胱吻合过程时间5～18rain（平均12min）。术后随访6～24月，所有病例未发现尿漏和膀胱输尿管吻合段狭窄梗阻，患肾功能评估较术前无明显下降。结论直接插入式输尿管膀胱吻合方法具有操作简捷、效率高及并发症低等优点，为理想可推广的输尿管膀胱吻合术式。Objectives To investigate the curative effect of the direct snap - on anastomosis way for ureterocystostomy replantation. Methods To analyze retrospectively the 36 patients＇clinincal data of the direct snap - on anastomosis way for ureterocystostomy replantation in the operations. Results All the operations were completed successfully and the time was 5 - 18min for ureterocystostomy replantation（ the mean time was 12min）. There was no urine leakage and the stricture or obstruction of anastomotic stoma in all the patients following up the 6 - 24 months, And their renal function of trouble kidney had no more damage postoperation than preoperation. Conclu- sions The direct snap - on anastomosis way for ureterocystostomy replantation has the advantages such as simple manipulation, better efficiency and lower complications. And the way is the ideal general method for ureterocystosto- my replantation.
