摘  要:为了优化催情助孕液的水提醇沉工艺,采用正交试验法设计,用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中淫羊藿苷含量并以其为评价指标,考察了加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数、醇沉浓度、醇沉次数对制剂工艺的影响。结果表明:最佳制剂工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h,乙醇醇沉浓度为75%,醇沉1次。用该工艺制备的催情助孕液淫羊藿苷含量为0.98892mg/mL,说明该优选工艺稳定可行。To optimize preparation technology of the water extract and alcohol precipitation for Cuiqingzhuyunye liquid,volume of water,the time and frequency of decoction,the concentration and frequency of alcohol precipitation were investigated with the content of the icariin as an indicator,by orthogonal design.The results showed that the optimum technology was as follows,extracted for 3 times with water 10 times of the amount of the crude drug and 1 hour every time,then alcohol precipitation for 1 time by using 75% alcohol.The content of the icariin in Cuiqingzhuyunye liquid was 0.98892 mg/mL,which indicated that the optimum technology was stable and feasible.
