摘  要:系统介绍了植物磷脂酶D(PLD)基因家族的分类,不同基因型PLD的结构特征以及激活特性与底物特异性等生物化学特征。分别从PLDs的脂质降解功能和PLD产物PA介导的信号转导功能2个方面综述了PLDs参与植物逆境胁迫反应机制的研究进展。归纳出这些PLDs各具不同的结构,因而具有独特的生物化学特征,从而决定其在植物逆境胁迫反应中的独特功能与作用机理。最后讨论了PLD研究中存在的问题,并对PLD的未来研究方向进行了展望。In this review, the classification of the PLD gene family, the structural characteristics of different PLD isoforms, and the important bio-chemical properties, such as activity regulation and substrate specificity, were introduced. Thereafter, advances in the mechanism of PLDs mediating stress responses of plants were reviewed from the view of lipid degradation and stress signal transduction mediated by phosphatidic acid (PA), a product of PLD activated. Based on the analysis, some conclusions were made that the PLD isoforms possess different structure properties, thus had distinct bio-chemical characteristics, and it was which determined their distinct functions and the mechanisms in plant stress responses. Finally, the problems to be resolved in the progress of PLD study were discussed, and research focus in the future was also prospected.
