摘　　要：针对目前我国大规模的新建和在建铁路所面临的难题——急需大量既懂设计又熟悉配合施工流程技术人员,笔者根据多年的工作经验,总结了配合施工的重要性,详细介绍了配合施工的主要任务,变更设计程序,配合施工注意事项,希望通过本文的介绍对初始从事配合施工的人员及各类工程参建人员能迅速熟悉配合施工工作,适应配合施工的需要,从而能快速、有序、优质高效的完成配合施工作,对从事设计配合施工的工程技术人员能够有所借鉴,对我国铁路建设配合施工工作能有所推动。One of the major problems we are facing now in railway engineering is woefully short of talented persons who have an intimate knowledge of design as well as of coordinated construction. Based on the experience accumulated in the past years, the author sums up the significance of coordinated construction in the respects of tasks, design procedure and points for attention in coordinated construction, hoping that by this article personnel initially engaged in coordinated con- struction and all other participators can be more familiar with and adaptable to the work so that coordinated construction is fulfilled fast, orderly and efficiently. It is also expected that the article may provide reference for engineers and technicians and give further impetus to coordinated construction in railway engineering.
