卡络磺钠与止血敏在前列腺电切术后的止血疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较卡络磺钠与止血敏(酚磺乙胺)在经尿道前列腺电切术后的止血疗效。方法:苏州市市立医院北区泌尿外科以2008年7月-2012年7月期间收治的60例行前列腺电切手术后尿道出血的前列腺增生患者为研究对象。60例患者随机分为两组,各30例,分别于术后静脉滴注卡络磺钠或止血敏,2次/d,连续5d。观察患者用药后的血尿评分、止血效果、毒副作用及不良反应。结果:卡络磺钠和止血敏治疗后,患者的血压、脉搏、呼吸、肝功能、肾功能、血常规、出凝血时间、血小板均无显著改变;治疗3d后,卡络磺钠组血尿评分下降,和止血敏组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);卡络磺钠在显效率方面显著高于止血敏(P<0.05)。结论:对于经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生所引起的尿道出血,卡络磺钠用药安全、止血迅速、效果显著,综合疗效显著优于同类产品止血敏。Objective ： To compare the hemostatic efficacy of earbazochrome sodium sulfonate and etamsylate after transurethral resection of Prostate（TURP）.Methods ： 60 patients with benign prostatic hypcrp]asia （BPH） post TURP therapy in Suzhou Municipal Hospital during a period from Jul 2008 to Jul 2012 were randomized into two groups at 30 patients per group, T group and C group.Patients in both T group and C group were given intravenously with carhazochrome sodium sulfonate and etamsylate by BID for 5 consecutive days, respectively.Scoring hematuria, evaluating hemostatic efficacy, and observing side effects and adverse reactions were carried out post hemostatic＇s treatment.Results ： No significant changes in blood pressure, pulse, respiratory, liver function, kidney function, hemogram, clotting time, platelet profile observed post treatment of both hemostatics.Significant decreases in hematuria score for T group was observed when compared to the C group at least 3-day post treatment and significant hemostatic efficacy in T group was observed when compared to the C group（P〈0.O5）.Conclusion ： It is concluded carbazochrome sodium sulfonate achieves higher efficiency and efficacy in hemostasia than etamsylate for BPH patients post TURP therapy.
