摘 要:为研究链霉菌S506对番茄苗的生长,以及在0℃冷胁迫条件下,对冷害番茄苗的恢复和生理生化特性的影响,采用α-萘胺法、0.6%硫代巴比妥酸法、愈创木酚比色法、NBT光还原法、磺基水杨酸提取比色法等方法,分别测定了冷害番茄苗的根系活力、叶片电导率、MDA、脯氨酸和保护酶SOD、POD活性等生理生化指标。结果表明:S506可显著提高番茄苗的生物量,与对照组比较,地上及地下鲜重分别提高178.98%和93.18%;根系结构显著改善,毛细根数量提高2倍以上;冷害番茄苗叶片的恢复率达到98.43%,对照仅32.52%;根系活力提高142.00%、脯氨酸含量提高149.56%、SOD酶活性提高24.49%;相对电导率降低60.33%,丙二醛含量降低79.26%。说明链霉菌S506具有显著的促生长和提高番茄抗冷害能力。For clarifying the effects of Streptomyces S506 on growth,recovery rate of cold injury leaves and physiological and biochemical characteristics of tomato seedlings under 0℃ cold stress,root activity,leaf conductivity,MDA,proline,protective enzymes SOD and POD were determined with methods of α-naphthylamine,0.6% thiobarbituric acid,guaiacyl phenol colorimetry,NBT light reduction,and sulfosalicylic acid extraction colorimetry respectively.The results showed that S506 could significantly improve the biomass of tomato seedlings,compared with control,the above and below ground fresh weight increased by 178.98% and 93.18% respectively.Root structure of tomato seedlings also was improved,and the hair root number increased two times than control.The recovery rate of cold injury tomato seedlings treated by S506 is 93.48%,however control only 32.52%,root activities increased by 142.00%,proline content increased by 149.56% and SOD activity increased by 24.49%,and relative conductivity and MDA content were decreased by 60.33% and 79.26% respectively.The results indicated that Streptomyces S506 could significantly improve plant growth,as well as the cold stress resistance of tomato seedlings.
