摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断深入,研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生的基层党建工作面临了前所未有的挑战。本文在分析研究生党建工作和研究生党员群体特点的基础上,提出以创先争优活动为契机,积极探索研究生党支部战斗堡垒作用的发挥途径和机制,认为研究生党支部应坚持三个紧密结合和发挥三个重要作用,真正把研究生党员培养成为红色精神的传承者、学风建设的示范者、社会服务的引领者。With the deepening of reform and opening to the outside world as well as the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the CPC construction work of postgraduates is facing unprecedented challenges.This paper,based on its analysis of the group characteristics of postgraduate party members and the typical work,explored the approach and mechanism to bring in full play the party branch's pillar role in creating excellence and attaining advance.It insists that the party branch adhere to three integrations and three vital roles to cultivate postgraduates to be inheritors of red spirit,models of academic ethics and directors of social service.
