摘　　要：目的:分析口腔局部麻醉剂在口腔手术中的麻醉效果,为临床用药提供依据。方法:选取患者339例,随机分为碧兰麻组和利多卡因组,分别行局部浸润麻醉。1125例拔牙、牙髓治疗、基牙预备的患者使用碧蓝麻麻醉。结果:碧兰麻组麻醉优良率明显高于利多卡因组。结论:碧兰麻用于口腔手术的浸润麻醉,起效快,效能高,是理想的局部麻醉药物。Objective： To analysis the anesthetic effects of local anesthetic in operative dentistry in a hospilal for clinical reference of rational application of anesthetic. Methods： 339 patients with involved teeth were dividedinto two groups randomly primacaine group and lidoeaine group. The patients were given nerve infiltration anesthesia. 1125 patients who need different operative dentistry were given primaeaine. Results： As to anesthetic effect, the ratio of excellence in primacaine group was significant higher than that in lidocaine group. Conclusion： Primacaine was used as inffihration anesthesia in operative dentistry. The anesthetic efficiency is high and the action is rapid. Primacaine is an ideal local anesthetic drug.
