摘　　要：报道了1-（4-硝基苯基）-3-（4-硝基-噻唑）-三氮烯（NPNTT）的合成及其与汞的显色反应。在OP存在下，pH10．5的Na28407-NaOH缓冲溶液中．该试剂能与汞发生显色反应，汞与NPNTT形成摩尔比为1：5型的配合物，在450nm处有一最大正吸收峰，在540nm处有一最大负吸收。以450nm为参比波长，540m＇n为测量波长进行双波长测定，表观摩尔吸光系数为2．58×10^5L·mol·1．cm^-1汞的浓度在0-560μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定废水中的微量汞，结果满意。The paper reported the synthesis of the new regent 1-（4-p-nitrophenyl）-3-（4-nitro-thiazoly）-Triazene （NPNTT） and the color reaction of NPNTT with mercury. In the presence of the surface active agent OP and in the Na2B407-NaOH mediumofpH 10.5, thereagent form a complex with mercury in the molar ratio of 1：5. The molar absorptivity was 2.58×10^5 L·mol^-1·cm^-1 by dual-wavelengh of 450 nm and determination wavelength of 540 nm. Beer＇s law was obeyed in the range of 0-560μg/L. The method was applied to the direct determination of mercury in waster water with satisfactory results.
