摘  要:我国的豆制品主要是传统豆制品,其生产特点是规模小,基本上以作坊式生产、分布广,所产生的废水是一种对环境污染严重、影响面较广且较难处理的典型食品废水之一。废水产生量大,有机物浓度高,成分复杂。若未处理或未达到排放标准就排入水体,会造成严重的环境污染。本文综述了豆制品废水的几种典型处理工艺,并对其运行效果进行分析。Conventional soybean products predominate in soybean products market in China. The soybean processing industries are characterized by small scale workshop-style processing and wide spreading, and the resulting wastewater will cause severe pollution, and is difficult to treat. The wastewater is also characterized by large quantities, high-strength organics and complex components. If the wastewater is untreated, or. though treated but not comply with the standards concerned and discharged to received waters, severe pollution will happen. The paper presented a review on treatment technology of soybean wastewater and analyzed the performance of treatment technologies concerned.
