摘　　要：针对煤等离子热解制乙炔反应装置,利用VB语言,编写了案例系统的热力学分析程序。对各种类型换热器的结构、性能及其传热过程进行了分析、计算、比较,得出选用多程列管换热器作为气体冷却换热器,选用肋片管式换热器作为原料预热器,更适合该工艺的冷却及预热过程。Software oftheruaodynamic analysis for acetylene production by plasma from coal is developed by using VB language. In the paper, the structure and heat transfer performance of heat exchangers were analyzed. Multipass tubular heat exchanger and finned tubular heat exchanger were chosen as the cooler and the preheater, which could improve thermal economy of this system.
