摘  要:以硫酸锆鞣制浸酸绵羊皮为研究对象,采用微波消解技术处理革样,ICP-OES法测定不同鞣制时间下绵羊革各层试样中锆含量和鞣液中锆浓度,考察了配聚抑制剂D6用量、提碱作用、鞣制时间等因素对锆元素在皮内渗透与结合的影响。研究表明,配聚抑制剂D6能够抑制锆鞣剂水解配聚,促进锆鞣剂向皮革内渗透,使鞣剂与皮胶原蛋白结合更温和缓慢;在鞣制过程,随鞣制时间的增加,革样各层锆含量逐渐增加,至3h基本达到平衡,随后的提碱过程能明显促进各层革样中锆含量增加和缩小各层锆含量的差距;当45%液体硫酸锆鞣剂用量16%,配聚抑制剂D6用量为液体鞣剂的1/4,渗透时间3h,提碱至pH到3.6~3.8时可获得较好的鞣制效果,锆在皮革各层的含量分布是肉面层最大,粒面次之,中间层最低。The content of tanning metal - zirconium in each layer of sheep leather and tanning solution with changes of time from zirconium sulfate tanning were determined by ICP - OES with microwave digestion samples. The effects of infiltration and combination in the leather on zirconium tanning agent with the dosage of coordination polymer inhibitor I)6, basification and tanning time were investigated. The results showed that coordination polymer inhibitor D6 can restrain zirconium from hydrolysis and polymerization, and then promoted the zirconium tanning agent to penetrate in the leather. The combination of tanning agent and collagen became moderate and slow. The content of zirconium in each layer leather increased gradually with the increasing of tanning time and reached to balance after three hours.
