摘 要:选择合适的维修方式是降低设备维修费用的重要手段。从分析设备的故障模式、影响及危害度入手,在建立设备维修方式影响因素层次结构模型的基础上,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析和目标规划的维修方式决策模型,并以核电厂发电机为例,阐明了维修方式的选择流程。实例研究显示,该方法可有效融合设备的定性和定量维修信息,为设备的维修管理提供较好的技术支持。Maintenance,as a system,plays a key role in reducing cost,minimizing equipment downtime,improving quality, increasing productivity and providing reliable equipment and as a result achieving organizational goals and objectives. So proper maintenance technique is the key to reduce the cost of maintenance. Based on the hierarchy structure of the factors and the failure mode, effects and criticality analysis, a combined fuzzy analytic hierarchy process-goal programming decision model was proposed for the selection of maintenance technique. A case study is performed on the generator in a nuclear power plant to illustrate the particular decision process of the approach. The case study shows that the proposed approach can combine the quantity information and the quality information effectively, and it can provide a good technique support for the maintenance management in the factory.
