摘 要:目的运用培训培训者(Training The Trainers,TTT)培训模式对大学生进行性病/艾滋病(STD/AIDS)危机干预,评价TTT模式的有效性和可行性。方法运用类实验设计方法,方便选取医学院学生社团102名学生作为TTT培训模式干预组,非医学专业602名学生作为二次培训组(辐射组),由TTT组直接对他们进行STD/AIDS相关知识、态度及生活技能的健康教育。结果 TTT组医学生培训后知识、态度及技能方面均有明显提高(P值均<0.01),且培训后的均分超过90分,达到了培训要求。干预后,辐射组学生知识、态度得分均明显高于对照组(P值均<0.01),高危行为发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),证实了TTT模式的有效性和可行性。结论 TTT培训模式和同伴教育相结合,可以解决高校健康教育师资匮乏问题,使健康教育信息得到有效的传播和渗透,是一种值得推广的综合健康教育模式。Objective Based on medical students association, use TT'F( Training The Trainers) model in intervention of STD/AIDS among college students and to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of TTT model. Methods A quasi-experimental study method was adopted to select 102 medical students as the intervention group used TTT training model and 602 non medical professional students taken as disseminate group. The TTT group gave health education of STD/AIDS knowledge, attitude and life skills to the disseminate group. Results TIT group of medical students had improved significantly of knowledge, attitudes and skills ( P 〈 0.01 ) , and scores were more than 90 points after the training, achieve the training requirements. The disseminate group of students" knowledge, attitude scores were significantly higher than that in control group(P 〈 0.01). Risk behavior was signifi- cantly lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of TIT model. Conclusion Combination in TTT training mode and peer education can solve the problem of lack of college health education teachers, on the other hand, the health education information is effective transmission and penetration. This comprehensive health education mode is worthy of popularization.
