摘　　要：目的:了解某三级甲等医院心脏起搏器植入术围术期预防用抗菌药物情况。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对该院2009-2011年372例行心脏起搏器植入术的患者病历资料进行调查分析。结果:心脏起搏器植入术患者围术期预防用抗菌药物应用率为80.1%,共涉及6大类20个品种,多为单一用药,以注射用五水头孢唑林钠应用率最高(达32.4%),给药途径均为静脉滴注。结论:该院心脏起搏器植入术围术期预防用抗菌药物不合理情况构成比呈逐年下降趋势。近年在该院一系列促进抗菌药物规范化使用的干预措施下,抗菌药物预防应用逐步规范,但离卫生部的要求还有一定差距。今后还需采取更为有效的干预措施,规范临床医师用药行为,提高围术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性。OBJECTIVE： To investigate perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterials for cardiac pacemakers implantation in a Third-grade Class-A hospital. METHODS： By retrospective investigation, clinical data of 372 cases of cardiac pacemaker implantation were investigated and analyzed in the hospital during 2009-2011. RESULTS： The application rate of antibacterials for cardiac pacemaker implantation was 80.1% during perioperative period, covering a total of 6 class and 20 types of antibacterials, most for single agent. The application frequency of cefazolin for injection was the highest, reaching 32.4%. The route of administration was intravenous dripping. CONCLUSION： The unreasonable ratio of prophylactic application of antibacterials for cardiac pacemaker implantation is declining year by year. In recent years, a series of intervention measures of antibacterial use standardization contribute to the standardization of prophylactic application of antibacterials, but it is far from the requirements of Ministry of Health. More effective intervention measures are needed to standardize medication behavior of clinical pharmacists and promote reasonable application of antibacterials.
