兰州市院前急救患者流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的:了解兰州市院前急救的流行病学特征。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,抽取甘肃省紧急医疗救援中心自2010年7月1日至2011年6月30日中125天的院前急救出诊病历,对其进行回顾性分析。结果:兰州市院前急救患者中男性是女性的1.72倍,以40～49岁组(18.49%)、20～29岁组(14.14%)及70～79岁组(13.63%)为主,其主要疾病为创伤(30.05%)、神经系统疾病(20.29%)、心血管系统疾病(15.41%);兰州市院前急救的呼救高峰时间是14:00～18:00;平均院前急救时间为(24.55±2.06)min,平均急救服务半径为(2.239±1.763)km。结论:根据兰州市院前急救流行病学特点,强化重点人群安全意识,合理调配人员设备,加强急救体系建立及重点时段的急救医疗资源配置,不断提高院前急救工作质量。Objective：To realize the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital care in Lanzhou City. Methods： The cluster sampling method was used to collect the 125days medical records data of pre-hospital care of emergency medical aid center in Gansu province from the midnight of July 1,2010 to the midnight of June 3,2011, and analyzed retrospectively the epidemiological characteristics. Results： It was 1.72 as that the number of male as female, and the main age were 40～49 years old （ 18.49%） ,20～29 years old （ 14.14%） and 70～79 years old （ 13.63%） of the patients received pre-hospital care in Lanzhou city. The order of diseases spectrum was as follow： trauma（ 30.05%） , nerve system disease（ 20.29%） ,cardiovascular system disease（ 15.41%） . 14：00～18：00pm were the peak of pre-hospital care in Lanzhou City,and the average first-aid time was（ 24.55±2.06） min, the average service radius was（ 2.239±1.763） km. Conclusion： According to the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital care in Lanzhou City,we should strengthen the safety awareness of high risk people,reasonable distribution of the medical resources,strengthen the construction of emergency medical service system,and this will increasingly improve the work quality of pre-hospital care.
