浅谈民办高校教师素质提升

摘　　要：民办教育已经越来越受到国家的重视，为了进一步提升民办高校的教育水平，教师综合素质的提升必须先行。建设道德素质过硬、知识素质深厚、能力素质强的教师队伍，直接关系着民办高校的兴衰与可持续发展。Private education has more and more get the attention of the countries, in order to further enhance the level of education in private universities, teachers＇ comprehensive quality promotion must go ahead of the rest. The construction of moral quality stands up to the most rigorous test, knowledge quality, ability quality deep strong teachers, are directly related to the rise and fill of the private universities and the sustainable development.
