浅谈少年冰球运动员选材中应注意的问题

摘　　要：现代冰球正朝着速度快、技术娴熟、对抗激烈的方向发展，对优秀冰球运动员的要求也越来越高在培训冰球运动员时，选材科学化非常重要，搞好科学选材已成为攀登冰球运动高峰的先决条件之一，欧美冰球强国在这方面已取得了很好的效果。然而，我国冰球后备力量的选材工作还存在着不少弊端，许多教练员单凭经验和自然淘汰的方法进行选材，这不仅达不到预期的目的，还造成很大浪费。因此本文阐明了冰球运动员选材时需注意的问题，为培养优秀冰球运动员提供参考。the modem hockey is heading for speed, skilled, fight fierce the direction of development, for good hockey player higher requirements in training hockey player, select material is very important, do well the sdence scientific selection has become a hockey movement to climb the summit of prerequisites, one of eurarnerican hockey power in this respect has achieved very good effect. However, China＇s hockey reserve force of material selection work there still remain a lot of disadvantages, many coaches rule-of-thumb and natural selection method of select material, which not only can not reach the expected goal, also caused much waste. Therefore this paper illuminates the hockay player selection problems needing attention of, i n order to traln excellent hockey player to provide the reference.
