泌特联合中草药治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床体会

摘　　要：目的研究应用泌特(复方阿嗪咪特肠溶片)联合中草药中西医结合治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的临床体会。方法100例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,给予泌特加中草药中西医结合治疗;对照组50例,单纯应用中草药治疗,分别观察两组患者用药后排便间隔时间、总体疗效的变化。结果治疗组总有效率90%,治愈率60%,对照组总有效率60%,治愈率30%,治疗组的总有效率、治愈率均高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义。两组用药后排便时间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泌特加用中草药中西医结合治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效优于单纯应用中草药。Objective To study the application of mitcombined with Chinese herbal medicine and Western medicine treat- ment of diabetic gastroparesis. Methods A total of 100 cases diabetic gastroparesis patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were given urinary specific Chinese herbal medicine and Western medicine treatment; 50 cases in the control group were given the simple application of herbal medicine treatment, two groups were observed after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs, defecation interval, total body effect and changes. Results The treatment group showed the above rate was 90%, cure rate was 60%, effective rate of control group was 60%, the cure rate was 30%, the two group total curative effect has significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. Defecation interval： two groups after defecation time had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion uri- nary specific with Chinese herbal medicine and Western medicine treatment of diabetic gastroparesis is more effective than a simple application of Chinese herbal medicine.
