益肺止咳胶囊治疗肺结核合并少量咯血64例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益肺止咳胶囊治疗肺结核合并少量咯血的临床效果。方法将64例肺结核合并少量咯血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,均给予标准抗结核化疗治疗,观察组在此基础上采用益肺止咳胶囊治疗,对照组在此基础上采用脑垂体后叶素+酚妥拉明治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、咯血停止时间。结果对照组显效率显著低于观察组,对照组不良反应发生率显著高于观察组,两组平均咯血控制时间差异无显著性。结论益肺止咳胶囊治疗肺结核合并少量咯血,疗效显著,不良反应少,使用方便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yifei Zhike capsule in treatment of tuberculosis merge and small amount of hemoptysis. Methods All of 64 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis patients with hemoptysis merger, randomly divided into control group and observation group, all to be given standard anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy treatment, Yifei Zhike capsule added in the observation group, pituitrin and phentolamine added in the control group. Compared the treat- ment effect, adverse reactions and stop time of haemoptysis of the two groups. Results The total effectiveness of the control group and significant efficiency significantly lower than in the observation group and control group in adverse reaction rate was significantly higher than the observation group, two groups of average haemoptysis control time there was no significant difference. Conclusion Yifei Zhike capsule treated tuberculosis merge and small amount of haemoptysis, curative effect is distinct, fewer side effects, easy to use, worth to aoolication at clinical.
