摘　　要：目的探讨EV71感染手足口病患儿Th细胞免疫平衡变化及其对疾病进展的影响。方法选择84例手足口病患儿分为普通组和重症组,另选择30例健康儿童作为对照,采用流式细胞技术检测静脉血Th1/Th2细胞表达水平变化,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-4及IFN-γ表达水平变化。结果重症组及普通组患儿静脉血Th1及Th1/Th2表达水平低于对照组,Th2高于对照组,IL-4及IFN-γ表达水平低于对照组。重症组Th1及Th1/Th2表达水平低于普通组,Th2高于普通组,IL-4及IFN-γ表达水平低于普通组。结论 EV71感染手足口病患儿Th细胞免疫异常,可能同手足口病患儿的发病及疾病进展有关。Objective To investigate the change of Th cell immune balance and effect to progression of disease in patients with hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） with EV71 infection. Methods Eighty-four patients with HFMD were selected and randoml divided into common group and severe group, 30 cases of healthy children were selected as control group, change of Th1/Th2 in venous blood were detected by flow cytometry, level of IL-4 and IFN-γin serum were detected en- zyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Expressive level of Thl and Th1/Th2 were lower in common group and severe group than those in control group, expressive level of Th2 was higher in common group and severe group than that in control group, expressive level of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum were lower in common group and severe group than those in control group, level of Thl and Th1/Th2 were lower in severe group than those in common group, level of Th2 was higher in severe group than that in common group,, expressive level of IL-4 and IFN-γin serum were lower in severe group than those in common group. Conclusion Th nell immune balance is abmormal in HFMD patients with EV71 infection, which maybe is corrective with invasion and progression.
