摘　　要：目的探讨胫腓骨开放粉碎性骨折的治疗方式的选择及其效果。方法回顾性分析自2006年3月～2011年3月收治的69例用有限内固定结合外固定支架的手术方式治疗胫腓骨开放粉碎性骨折,术后平均随访18个月(12～24个月)。结果术后疗效:优41例,良19例,可7例,差2例,优良率86.9%。结论该手术操作简单、创伤小、复位好、固定可靠,是治疗胫腓骨开放粉碎性骨折的较好方法。Objective To investigate the method choice and clinical effect of open comminuted fracture of tiblia and fibu- la. Methods From March 2006 to March 2011, 69 cases of open comminuted fracture of tibia and fibula by external fixa tion combinal with limited internal fixation, the average follow-up period was 18 months （range 12 to 24）. Results Curative ef- fect evaluation indicated excellent in 41 cases, good in 19 cases, fair in 7 cases, poor in 2 cases, with the excellent and good rate of 86.9%. Conclusion Providing reliable fixation and reposition, external fixation combinal with limited internal fixation is an excellent approach in treatment of open comminuted fracture of tiblia and fibula,It is easy to be performed with less wound.
