摘  要:目的探讨乌司他丁联合利多卡因对大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤时肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将120只Wistar大鼠随机分为5组。分别测定大鼠肺组织TNF-α表达水平、肺组织W/D值、动脉血气分析。结果与I/R组比较,S组、U组、L组及L+U组肺组织TNF-α表达水平均明显降低(P<0.01);肺组织W/D值明显降低(P<0.01);动脉血PaO2值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乌司他丁联合利多卡因对大鼠缺血再灌注急性肺损伤具有良好的保护作用,其机制可能与降低肺组织TNF-α表达水平有关。Objective To explore the influence of ulinastatin combined with lidocaine on tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) on pulmonary, when the ischemia reperfusion injury occurred in rats. Methods A total of 120 Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups. Measuring the level of rats lung tissue TNF-α expression, lung tissue W/D ratio,and arterial blood gas analysis. Results Compared with the I/R groups, S, U, L groups and L + U groups, the TNF-α expression levels were significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ) ;Lung tissue W/D was significantly lower (P 〈 0.01 ) ;Arterial PaO2 values have statistically significant (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Combining Lidocaine with ulinastatin administration has better protective effects on acute lung injury cased by ischemic reperfusion in rats, which probable mechanism is correlated with decreasing level of TNF-α.
