女性生殖道支原体感染及治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生殖道支原体Uu在女性泌尿系生殖道感染中的地位和临床治疗情况。方法回顾分析我院三年来152例子宫颈物泌分培养分离出泌尿生殖道支原体妇女的临床资料,找出其中规律。结果进行正规14 d治疗的治疗方案组治愈率为100%,较7 d治疗方案者的治愈率83.7%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其导致流产的所有妊娠丢失率比较中,非感染性自然流产组为80%,高于复发性流产组的17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论生殖道支原体Uu的根除需要足疗程的正规治疗,在感染性RSA中,对支原体需要正确处理,以保证优生优育,避免不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective To explore genital tract mycoplasma Uu in the female genital tract urinary tract infection and the status of clinical observation. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in the past three years in 152 eases ,with cervical matter secretion culture isolated from genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection in women which carries on the system analysis, could find out the rule. Results Normal 14 days in the treatment of treatment group the cure rate was 100%, compared with 7 days of treatment scheme of cure rate compared to 83.7%, there were significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. its cause abortion all pregnancy loss rate comparison, non septic spontaneous abortion group was 75% - 80%, higher than the recurrent abortion group from 15% to 20%, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Genital tract myeoplasma Uu eradication needs foot process of formal treatment, the infection of Mycoplasma RSA, need is handled correctly, to ensure that the birth, to avoid the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome.
