西甲硅油在妇科腹腔镜术后促进胃肠功能恢复中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察西甲硅油在妇科腹腔镜术后促进胃肠功能恢复中的疗效。方法治疗组在妇科腹腔镜术后6 h起加服西甲硅油乳剂,每次2 mL,1次/6 h,直至肛门排气;对照组未用西甲硅油或其他促进排气的药物,进行早翻身、早活动,待其自然恢复。结果治疗组术后腹胀、肠鸣音恢复及排气时间均明显优于对照组。结论妇科腹腔镜术后加用西甲硅油,可明显促进胃肠功能恢复,该治疗方法值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effectiveness of simethicone on gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation after gynaecological laparoscopic operation. Methods For the therapy pair, 6 h after gynecological laparoscopic operation, took simethicone solvent by 2 mL per time and 6 h per each dosing, until anal exhausts; For the comparison pair, without using simethicone or any other medicines which can accelerate exhausting, but only do some earlier turn-backs and activities for a normal recovery. Results The symptons of abdominal distention, intestinal gurgling sound and exhausting time of the therapy pair is obviously better than that of the comparison pair. Conclusion Applying of simethicone after gynaecological laparoscopie operation can obviously accelerate the gastrointestinal functional rehabilitation. Such therapy method is value of clinical application.
