糖尿病周围神经病变与血浆同型半胱氨酸、尿白蛋白肌酐比的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿白蛋白肌酐比(UACR)的关系。方法选取2型糖尿病患者91例分为DPN组(51例)、非DPN组(40例),正常对照组30例,分别测定血浆Hcy、UACR、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三脂(TG)、胆固醇(TC)等指标。结果 2型糖尿病患者的血浆Hcy水平、UACR较正常对照组升高(P<0.05);而DPN组Hcy水平、UACR显著高于非DPN组(P<0.05);血浆Hcy水平与UACR呈显著正相关(r=0.651,P<0.01)。结论血浆Hcy水平、UACR与DPN密切相关,降低Hcy水平及减少尿蛋白可能起到预防和改善DPN的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum level of total homocysteine （Hcy）and urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio （UACR） in diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods Plasma Hcy,UACR,glycosylated hemoglobin, triglyceride and cholesterol were measured for 51 patients with DPN,40 patients without DPN and 30 healthy subjects. Results Compared with normol controls, plasma Hcy levels and UACR were increased in diabetic group, while Hcy levels and UACR were significantly higher in neuropathic patients than in non-neuropathic patients. Hcy was positively correlated with UACR. Conclusion Hcy levels and UACR are related with DPN in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Reduce the level of Hcy and decrease the urine protein may play a role in the prevention and improvement of DPN.
