达菲林半量配对应用对子宫内膜异位症术后治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨达菲林半量配对应用对子宫内膜异位症的疗效。方法对照组62例患者于腹腔镜术后月经来潮第一天肌肉注射达菲林全量(3.75 mg),每28天一次,连续6次为一个疗程;观察组36例患者配对使用达菲林半量(1.875 mg),注射方法、时间、疗程同对照组,比较两组患者用药期间E2水平、低雌激素症状、用药依从性及疗效。结果对照组E2值低于观察组(P<0.01),低雌激素症状发生率高于观察组(P<0.01);观察组用药依从性好于对照组(P<0.05),而两组疗效和复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论配对使用达菲林半量即不降低子宫内膜异位症疗效,同时能降低低雌激素症状及治疗费用,提高其用药依从性。Objective To discuss the effects of matched pair application of half-dose Diphereline on endometriosis. Methods The 62 patients in control group received their intramuscular injection of Diphereline（3. 75 mg） on the first day of menses after the laparoscopic surgery, once every 28 days, which lasts for 6 times as a course of treatment. The 36 patients in observation group received half dose Diphereline（1.875 mg）. The method of injection, time and course of treatment in ob- servation group and control group was the same. Finally, the level of E2 during the medication period,the occurrence of low estrogen symptoms, drug compliance and the therapeutic effects of the patients in two groups was compared. Results The patients＂ E2 in control group was obviously lower than that in observation team （P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence rate of low estrogen symptoms of the patients in control group was much higher than that in observation group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The drug compliance of the patients in observation group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the total effective rate and relapse rate （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effective matched pair application of using half-dose Diphereline will not decrease the treatment effects of endometriosis,which can not only reduce the symptom of low estrogen and costs of treatments, but also increase the drug compliance.
