8例复杂性肾结石术中超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的研究超声诊断在复杂性肾结石手术中的作用。方法实验组的8例患者实施复杂性肾结石手术结合术中超声检查进行治疗,对照组的8例患者直接实施复杂性肾结石手术。结果实验组有1例患者体内残留1～2 mm大小的结石,对照组有4例患者体内残留1～2 mm大小的结石。对照组患者的手术时间、引流管拔出时间都比实验组患者的时间长,对照组患者的术中出血量比实验组患者的出血量多。结论对复杂性肾结石患者实施手术结合术中超声检查进行治疗,手术更精确、简单、快速,减少了对患者肾实质的损伤,提高了对患者的治愈率,值得临床广为使用与推广。Objective To study the ultrasonic diagnosis of complex renal calculi surgery. Methods Eight patients in the experimental group implementation of complex renal calculi surgery combined with intraoperative ultrasound treatment, 8 patients in the control group, directed implementation of complex renal calculi surgery. Results The experimental group patients with residual 1-2 mm size stones in the body, the control group bad 4 patients in vivo residual 1-2 mm size stones. The operation time of the patients in the control group, the drainage tube pull out of time than the experimental group of patients for a long time, the experimental group patients of the control group of patients with blood loss than the amount of bleeding. Conclusion Implementation of complex renal calculi patients stone surgery combined With intraoperative ultrasound treatment, surgery is more accurate, simple, fast and reduce the substantial renal damage, improve the cure rate for patients,it is orthy of clinical widely used to promote.
