摘　　要：目的分析旅顺口区世行贷款/英国赠款中国结核病控制项目效果。方法项目工作严格按照《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》的要求发现和治疗管理肺结核患者,对肺结核病情防控进行严格和专业控制,对项目实施效果进行分析。结果我区的结核病防控工作取得了良好效果,2009年平均就诊率达到5‰,新发涂阳肺结核患者治愈率达96%。结论严格按照《中国结核病防治规划实施工作指南》对肺结核患者进行管控,是控制肺结核病情的有效方式。Objective To analyze the effect of World Bank loan/Britain-donated China tuberculosis control program in Lvshunkou district. Methods Patients with tuberculosis were detected, treated and managed in strict accordance with the＂ Implementation Guidance on China Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment Planning＂. The disease conditions of tuberculosis were controlled strictly and professionally.The implementation effect of the program was analyzed. Results The tuberculosis control and prevention in our district achieved favorable effect, with the average visit rate in 2009 up to 5%o and the cure rate of new tuberculosis patients with positive smear up to 96%. Conclusion To manage and control patients with tuberculosis in strict accordance with the ＂Implementation Guidance on China Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment Planning＂ is an effective way to control tuberculosis.
