大隐静脉离心方向进针提高儿童采血成功率的研究

摘  要:目的探讨大隐静脉离心方向进针提高儿童采血成功率。方法分析我院2010年6月~2012年6月收治的227例儿童,随机分为观察组115例采用离心采血法,对照组112例采用静脉常规穿刺采血法,采血部位为大隐静脉,观察两组采血方法采取2 mL、4 mL、6 mL血量所需时间,一次穿刺成功率、溶血、凝血、血小板破坏情况。结果①两组采血时间2 mL(13.3±0.5,8.2±0.2)、4 mL(14.4±0.5,8.7±0.2)、6 mL(18.5±0.2,8.9±0.3),对照组均显著长于观察组(P<0.05)。②观察组一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组[94.8%(109/115),88.4%(99/112)](P<0.01),观察组溶血[0(0/115),4.5%(5/112)]、凝血[0(0/115),3.6%(4/112)]发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血小板破坏发生率观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义[1.7%(2/115),5.4%(6/112)](P>0.05)。结论儿童大隐静脉离心采血法,能够缩短采血时间,提高一次穿刺成功率,减少溶血凝血、血小板破坏等并发症,有效提高儿童采血成功率。Objective To analyze the aphenous vein needle into the direction of centrifugal raising children success ratio. Methods The 227 cases who had treated in our department from June 2010 to June 2011,were randomly divided into observation group 115 examples centrifugal blood sampling method, the control group 112 cases by conventional puncture veins of blood, blood parts of great saphenous vein, observe the time needed of 2 mL, 4 mL, 6 mL, a puncture success rate, hemolysis, blood coagulation, platelet damage. Results ①The time in the experiment groups of blood needed 2 mL (13.3, 8.2), 4 mL (14.4, 8.7), 6 mL (18.5, 8.9) were significantly longer than the observation group (P 〈 0.05). ②Two groups of a puncture the success rate [88.4% (99/112), 94.8% (109/115)] (P 〈 0.01), the observation group hemolysis [4.5% (5/112), 0% (0/115)], and clotting [3.6% (4/112), 0.0% (0/115)] (P 〈 0.05), platelet damage rate [5.4% (6/112), 1.7% (2/115)] (P 〉 0.05). Concolusion Children's great saphenous vein blood sampling method in blood by centrifugal on can improve the success rate of blood, reduce the appearance of complications.
