唯阴康治疗妊娠期生殖道感染的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨唯阴康治疗妊娠期生殖道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院门诊2009年5月～2011年3月收治的95例妊娠期生殖道感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组(唯阴康治疗组)50例和对照组(碘伏冲洗组)45例,治疗2周后比较治疗效果并观察不良反应、妊娠结局情况。结果①治疗1个疗程后,观察组总有效率为86.0%,对照组总有效率为62.2%,两组总有效率比较具有统计学意义(χ2=10.263,P<0.05)。②两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应,顺利完成治疗。③观察组胎膜早破2例,流产2例,剖宫产8例;对照组胎膜早破3例,流产1例,剖宫产15例。剖宫产原因为生殖道感染控制不理想可能出现分娩异常,两组患者均无母子死亡病例,胎膜早破、流产发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论唯阴康治疗妊娠期生殖道感染效果理想,且安全性较高,控制生殖道感染从而降低剖宫产率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Weiyinkang in treatment of genital tract infection during pregnancy： Methods Selected the outpatient department of our hospital from 2009 May to 2011 year in March 95 cases of genital tract infection during pregnancy patients as research object, according to the random number table were randomly divided into the observation group （Weiyinkang treatment group） and control group of 50 cases （iodophors rinse group ） in 45 cases, after 2 weeks of treatment comparison treatment effect and observe the adverse reactions, pregnancy outcome situation. Results After 1 courses of treatment, the observation group always businesslike for 86%, the total effective rate in control group was 62.2%, the total efficiency of two groups have significant difference （X^2=10.263, P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. （2） In two groups of patients during treatment there was no obvious adverse reaction, successfully completed treatment. （3） The observation group 2 cases of premature rupture of membranes, 2 cases of miscarriage, cesarean section in 8 cases of premature rupture of membranes; the control group 3 cases, 1 cases of miscarriage, cesarean section in 15 cases. Cesarean section due to the reproductive tract infection control is not ideal may appear abnormal labor, two groups of patients had no mother and child deaths, premature rupture of membranes, the incidence of abortion has no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Weiyinkang in treatment of genital tract infection during pregnancy and ideal effect, and high safety, control of reproductive tract infections and thereby reduce the rate of cesarean section.
