摘　　要：目的比较下腹部及会阴部手术行单纯骶管麻醉与行复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉两种麻醉方式的临床效果。方法将病人分为两组,A组及B组分别行单纯骶管麻醉与复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉,比较两种麻醉效果。结果 B组术中麻醉平稳、循环稳定,呼吸抑制低于A组。Objective caudal anesthesia with a combined propofol anesthesia two kinds of anesthesia results compare simply by the lower extremity surgery under abdomen and perineal line. Methods The patients were divided into two groups, group A and group B were treated by simple caudal anesthesia with propofol intravenous anesthesia, and compare the anesthetic effect. Results The patients in group B, anesthesia steady, stable circulation, respiratory depression lower in group A.
