完壁式乳突根治并鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨完壁式乳突根治并鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床效果。方法:对50例89只耳慢性化脓性中耳炎患者进行完璧式乳突根治并鼓室成形术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:89只耳在2个月内全部干耳,平均治疗时间1.6月。20只耳纯音听力较术前提高≥30dB,占22.47%;18只耳纯正听力较术前提高20～29dB,占20.22%;42只耳纯正听力较术前提高10～19dB,占47.19%;9只耳听力无改善,占10.12%,总有效率为89.88%。结论:完壁式乳突根治并鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎效果确定,有一定的临床意义。through the 50 cases of 89 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media,were female radical mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty, and on its clinical efficacy analysis.The results showed that 89 ears in the 2 months to dry ear,average period of treatment is 1.6 months.End wall mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty in chronic suppurative otitis media,retained the normal ear physiological structure, raise the level of hearing,have certain clinical significance.
