氨氯地平对老年高血压病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察氨氯地平对老年高血压病的治疗效果。方法:采用前后对照的方法,选择130例符合诊断标准老年高血压病的患者,均给予氨氯地平5mg,1/d,疗程2周,若血压未达到显效标准则增至10mg,1/d,疗程4周,观察患者治疗前后的血压变化。结果:治疗结束后,患者血压明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,显效101例,有效18例,总有效率达91.5%(119例)。不良反应少且轻微。结论:氨氯地平治疗老年高血压病,疗效好,且不良反应少,是理想的降血压药物。Objective：To study the treatment effect of amlodipine on senile hypertension.Methods：Using the cross-references method, 130 cases that were diagnosed criteria with elderly hypertension patients were selected to be given amlodipine 5mg/d for 2 weeks. If the blood pressure was not up to standard level, then the dose would be 10mg/d for 4 weeks. Observed the changes of pressure. Results：The patients＇ blood pressure decreased significantly compared with that before treatment（P0.05）. 101 cases were marked effect and 18 cases were effectiveness with a total effective rate of 91.5% （119 cases）. And the adverse reactions were few and minor. Conclusion：Amlodipine is an ideal drug that with effective treatment and few adverse reactions.
