梳棉机锡林主分梳区配置形式的研讨

摘　　要：为提高梳棉机分梳能力,研究了梳棉机锡林主分梳区配置形式的问题。根据梳棉机的发展历程,归纳出锡林主分梳区的配置形式有6种,即:①全固定盖板;②全活动盖板;③全罗拉式;④盖板罗拉混合式;⑤后固定盖板加装活动盖板及前固定盖板;⑥双区盖板。对6种锡林主分梳区的配置形式进行了概述,提出了新型锡林五个分梳区的配置形式,即后固定盖板加装活动盖板、固定盖板、活动盖板及固定盖板,认为这可能促进梳棉机产量进一步提高,并对此进行了论证。In order to section. Acording to six varieties, say, ① increase the cardng capacity,probing is done to the developing progress,the configuration of th fully stationary flat; ② fully revolving flat; （3） the configuration of the main carding e main carding section is introduced as fully roller; ④ flat with roller; ⑤ the rear stationary flat mounted with the revolving flat with the front stationary flat;⑥ the flat in the duo-section. The paper outlines the six configurations of the main carding section. The five configurations of the new cylinder is introduced as the rear stationary flat with the revolving flat, the stationary flat, the revolving flat and the stationary flat, It is expected that the confiogurations of the carding section can do something to improve the carding capacity. Finally, the feasibility of the configuration is described.
