略谈解决喷气织机横档疵布的办法

摘　　要：以津田驹ZA系列喷气织机为例,分析了横档疵布的种类,分别介绍了密路、稀纬、经缩波纹产生的原因及应采取的对策。指出从设备、工艺、操作等多方面调整,能有效减少横档疵布,提高织机效率;在织造过程中应不断挖掘喷气织机潜力,开拓思路,大胆创新,优化工艺,提高管理水平。Sampling the Tsudakoma serial air-jet looms,analysis is done to the cloth stripinees regarding its varieties. Introduction is made to the cause resulting in close weft,open setting,tight warp and some colln- termeasures against thereof. Conclusion is made that adjustment is necessary for the solution of the problems above including the adjustment of the equipment,process ,and operation for the markedly reducing the cloth stripiness with higher production capacity of the loom. In the weaving porcess, something must be done to bring the capacity of the loom into full play with deploitation of new ideas and innovation plus optimization of the process and the enhancement of the management.
