摘 要:以铜仁市低丘缓坡荒滩等未利用地为例,在GIS的支持下,利用定性、定量分析相结合的方式,在充分考虑影响农业生产各种因子的基础上选取参评因子,构建农用地适宜性评价因子体系,采用特尔斐法专家讨论确定参评因子的权重,利用土地潜力评价方法对其开发成农业用地的适宜性进行评价。按其宜农的适宜程度分为高度适宜、中度适宜、勉强适宜和不适宜4个等级。结果表明:在低丘缓坡荒滩等未利用地中,宜农地所占面积相对比较高,中度、勉强适宜开发为农用地的土地面积占绝大多数,分别占到了宜农地总量的26.98%、43.19%。开发利用潜力巨大,对其开发利用可以为该市农业发展提供土地储备。In this paper, both qualitative and quantitative way were used to build unused land resources such as Low hills , gentle slope and desolate sands evaluation factor system in Tongren city of Guizhou province based on GIS after full consideration of the factors of agricultural production requirements and the natural , ecological and other conditions. Therefore, it was made of land comprehensive suitability evaluation of the unused land, the factors and weight of affecting cropland quality are decided by Del- phi experts discuss method , to evaluate its suitability into agricultural land using the theory and meth- od of land capability evaluation. According to the degree of suitable divided into high, middle, suitable and not suitable four ranks. The results showed that the area of appropriate farmland is relatively high, The rank of middle,suitable take up of the total amount to 26.98% ,43.19%. Great potential for exploitation, can provide land reserve for the city.
