论“基础”课中“法律基础”部分的法制观念教育

摘  要:文章认为",法律基础"的性质应定位于思想政治教育类课程,目标为培养学生的法制观念。第七章突出的法制观念有:公平正义观念、权利义务相一致观念、法律面前人人平等观念、法律信仰观念,第八章突出的法制观念有:宪法至上观念、契约观念、罪刑法定观念、程序观念。在培养法制观念的策略选择上应轻重有别、突出重点,融合贯通、整体推进,多措并举、增强实效。A.bstrtmt: This paper holds that"Basic Law" should be geared to the education course,specifically,the idealogical and political education course with the focus upon cultivating students" law awareness. The seventh chapter stresses such concepts as "being fair and just"," being equal before the law, etc "; and the eighth chapter emphasizes such ideas as "constitution is supreme "," contract notion ", "a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime", and "concept of keeping order"; therefore, in cultivating students to have some ideas of law, we should pay more attention to the teaching strategies.
